Customer cites reliability, ease of operation, and responsive support after third installation.

PORTAGE, Wis., July 6, 2026 — Wiman Corporation has installed its third QC Electronics corona treatment system, further strengthening a partnership that began in 2023 when the company replaced a competitor’s treater with its first QC unit. As Wiman continues to overhaul its production lines, it has consistently selected QC Electronics for each new installation, replacing competing equipment throughout the facility.

With the third TNT corona treatment system now operational, QC Electronics Sales Director Alyxandria Klein and System Engineer Carl Klein visited Wiman to discuss the plant’s experience with the equipment. Reflecting on the performance of the systems, Plant Manager Charlie Smith said, “We don’t have to work on them nearly as much as past treaters. We have only needed one part since the first treater was installed.”

Smith also praised the systems’ ease of operation, particularly QC’s auto-start feature. “We never have to come up and change or set anything,” he said. “It just starts when we need it to.”

Beyond reliability and simplified operation, Smith cited QC Electronics’ responsive technical support as another reason for the ongoing relationship. “They’re some of my favorite folks to work with,” he said.
