Not every corona treatment application fits neatly into a product category. Some substrates are too thin, too thick, too difficult to treat, or too porous for off-the-shelf corona treaters. Some applications have unique requirements that conventional corona treaters cannot accommodate.

Our Vacuum Table corona treater started as a custom R&D project with a customer who needed precision treatment of ultra-thin substrates. We engineered a solution that used vacuum hold-down to ensure consistent substrate contact—it worked so well that we added it to our standard product line.

Discovery

We start with your application—substrate, geometry, process environment, integration constraints, and treatment requirements. Our engineers ask the questions that matter before anything gets designed.

Lab Trials

Ship us your substrate. We run it through our equipment to determine optimal treatment parameters and validate that corona treatment will achieve the adhesion your application requires.

Design & Build

Our engineers design the system—electrodes, station geometry, power configuration, and mechanical integration—then build it in-house at our facility in Portage, Wisconsin.

Test & Deliver
