When Standard Doesn’t Work
Not every corona treatment application fits neatly into a product category. Some substrates are too thin, too thick, too difficult to treat, or too porous for off-the-shelf corona treaters. Some applications have unique requirements that conventional corona treaters cannot accommodate.
Most corona treater manufacturers will tell you it can’t be done, or they’ll try to force your application into a standard product that doesn’t quite fit. The result is a system that underperforms, requires constant adjustment, or simply doesn’t deliver the treatment your process needs.

Our Vacuum Table corona treater started as a custom R&D project with a customer who needed precision treatment of ultra-thin substrates. We engineered a solution that used vacuum hold-down to ensure consistent substrate contact—it worked so well that we added it to our standard product line.
