New Roll Manufacturing
Brand-new corona treater rolls to your exact specifications: core material, diameter, face width, and covering type. Designed for your specific treater and application.
Strip & Recoat
Send us your worn roll. We strip the existing covering, inspect the core, journals, and shafts, and apply a fresh coating, returning it to like-new condition at a fraction of the cost of a new roll.
Silicone Sleeving
Non-stick silicone elastomer sleeving that releases tacky materials and prevents wrap-ups. Available for rolls from 2″ to 10″ diameter. Quick replacement for covered roll systems.
Shaft & Journal Inspection Included
Every recoat includes a full inspection of the roll core, shaft, and journals for wear and damage. If repairs are needed, we will let you know so that your roll comes back ready to run, not just recoated.

The right roll covering depends on your treater configuration, substrate, power level, and operating environment. Here’s a quick guide:
→Bare roll system? Conductive ceramic protects your aluminum roller while maintaining the conductivity bare roll systems require
→Covered roll system? Nonconductive ceramic is the standard covering. Same surface protection as conductive, designed for covered roll corona discharge. Available for steel and aluminum cores
→Skip treating or harsh environment? High dielectric ceramic handles demanding applications
→Extreme duty / high temperature? Extreme duty ceramic for the harshest conditions
→Heavy duty operations? Epoxy coating for maximum durability
→Tacky materials causing wrap-ups? Silicone sleeving releases sticky substrates and prevents downtime
→Want silicone but need more durability? Silicone coating is applied directly to the roll and lasts longer than sleeving. Choose sleeving if you need quick field replacement; choose coating if you want maximum service life
