The Advantage Bare Roll

The Advantage Bare Roll corona treater is built for production environments where uptime is everything. A precision-welded steel frame dampens vibration and maintains alignment. Counterweighted electrode assemblies protect your web and your electrodes from splices and imperfections. Closed-loop PID power control maintains stable watt density at any line speed.
 
The result is a corona treater that treats both conductive and nonconductive substrates—PE, PP, PET, nylon, foils, paper, and multilayer films—with the consistency your downstream process demands. It’s not uncommon for QC treaters to run 5+ years without a single electrode replacement.

Closed-Loop PID Power Control

Real-time voltage and current feedback regulate output in a true closed-loop PID system. The generator maintains stable watt density regardless of line speed changes, substrate variations, or environmental conditions. Store treatment recipes and recall them for fast job changeovers with operator lockout to prevent unauthorized adjustments between shifts.

WEB PROTECTION

Counterweighted Electrode Assemblies

Electrode assemblies are counterweighted to lift away from the web when splices, knots, or imperfections pass through the treatment station. This protects both the web and the ceramic electrodes from damage, reducing downtime and extending electrode life. Easy access for cleaning, maintenance, and electrode replacement.
