QC TNT (Touch ‘N Treat) corona treatment machine

Not your average corona treater! The patented TNT station is full of operator friendly features. The adjustable segmented electrode is compact and powerful. Want to make a lane change for treatment? On the TNT the entire electrode swings up so making any lane change is quick and easy. Touch the segment once and it raises out of treat position.  Touch it again and it lowers back into the exact location. No worries about segments accidentally flipping up or down and the operator not knowing!
 
The TNT is housed within what we call the electrode assembly. The assembly is counter-weighted and swings when it’s struck by the web. After the obstruction passes, the assembly drops back into place and treatment continues. No web tears, no collisions. Segments are available in various widths.
